17Nov Moraine Park Technical College Horicon Campus breaks ground HORICON, WI – Representatives of V&A in,cluding planners Ben Rohr and Scott Harrington, attended the Moraine Park Technical College – Horicon Campus ground breaking in late September. V&A was instrumental in negotiating the deal on behalf of the City of Horicon.
