Students had the chance to learn directly from real-world practitioners with an inside look at how single-family homebuilding projects really come together.
A range of current real estate topics, their ins-and-outs, and their challenges were covered; including land planning, land acquisition, entitlements, infrastructure, financing and the homebuyer experience.
