JACKSON, WISC. — The village is planning for new development and expansion of its housing market, as a planning firm has been brought on to help plan and develop the Spruce Street area. The Village Board Tuesday approved a service proposal from Vandewalle & Associates for housing development assistance. FORT ATKINSON, WISC. – Territory along Banker Road for a planned residential neighborhood will now be annexed into the City of Fort Atkinson. Council members on Tuesday unanimously approved the annexation of 75 acres of city-owned land, presently within the Town of Koshkonong, into the city.
