Olivette MO – Despite two years of pandemic-influenced challenges facing communities across the country, Olivette is one community noting some bright spots with reports of positive development activity going on in the community. In just the last two years, Olivette has added 500 new multifamily units, and ¾’s of a billion dollars in development. Most importantly, all of this new development is consistent with the 2006 Comprehensive Plan and Dynamic Sense of Place vision which was developed with the help of Vandewalle & Associates.
