MOUNT HOREB, WISC – Mount Horeb is advancing its five-year update of the Village’s Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan for parks, natural areas, recreational programming, and trails…with a goal of adoption in late fall 2020. Vandewalle & Associates is assisting with this effort.
The plan includes public input, develop priorities and recommendations, and ultimately help guide efforts for the Mount Horeb Parks System and Recreation Department.
A survey of village residents, visitors and surveys conducted from April 10 to May 8 had 700 total responses, which is a marked rise in participation. Results will help inform the plan update.
