OAK CREEK (EXCERPTS FROM THE MILWAUKEE BUSINESS JOURNAL): Oak Creek officials are preparing funding for roadwork and developer incentives to support a new shopping center east of Interstate 94 along Drexel Avenue, and more buildings south of Ikea on the opposite side of the highway. V&A is helping the City to amend the TIF district that is part of the area.
