CARROLLTON, ILLINOIS: Madison, Wisconsin-based professional planning and design firm Vandewalle & Associates Inc. has entered into an agreement with the Carrollton Square Initiative to assist the group by providing an opportunity analysis and giving advice in developing a vision plan for the downtown square of the city.
The agreement document lays out how Vandewalle will help Carrollton Square Initiative develop a vision plan. Vandewalle will send up to three team members for a full-day site visit. Vandewalle will then use data provided by the city as well as the desires of the community into writing a memo that analyzes key assets, an assets map and a vision graphic highlight opportunities in the downtown area.
