WAUWATOSA, WI: Implementation is moving ahead at the Mayfair Collection, the area planned in the 2015 Burleigh Triangle & Mayfair Road Corridor North Redevelopment Vision and Plan created by Vandewalle & Associates for the City of Wauwatosa.
Notable new uses and project under consideration and development in the Burleigh Triangle and Mayfair Road Corridor include plans for a new Tesla showroom and service center, the first in Wisconsin for the innovative electric car company.
A Café Zupas restaurant and Chase Bank Branch are considering plans to be part of a mixed-use development on West Burleigh Street in Wauwatosa that would include a hotel or apartments. Serendipity Labs–a new co-working space–is also being planned for the area.
