Milwaukee-based Mandel Group is preparing to redevelop the former Dunwood School Site in Fox Point. With approval for a quality infill development underway, the current proposed plan is for senior and market-rate housing. Demolition of the old school building has been completed and the site is being prepared for the construction phase. Vandewalle & Associates worked with the Village of Fox Point to create site concept plans and provided guidance through the public process. V&A will continue to offer redevelopment assistance and design vision review to the Village and to Mandel through implementation.
