MONONA, WI: On Tuesday July 12, the City of Monona and the Monona East Side Business Alliance hosted a successful Build Monona event. Monona’s new Riverfront redevelopment project was featured at an open house, where presenters explained the concept of Monona’s urban “work-live-recreate” hub. Interested companies looking for a distinctive new corporate office location–as well as brokers and agents–were able to view plans, explore options and get more detailed information. Plans for Monona Riverfront include opportunities for a riverfront office building, as well as residential, mixed use, hotel and restaurant opportunities–all with access to a public plaza, easy access to central Madison, and the possibility for spectacular river and city views.
