RACINE, WI: The V&A team was successful again this year in bringing a $1 million WEDC Idle Industrial Sites grant to one of our projects–this time for the Machinery Row redevelopment in Racine. The grant will go toward advancing the project and removing the transite asbestos panels from the builldings that are planned for reuse. See the Business Journal article here.
