Cardinal Construction’s Leonhart awarded Iowa builders’ top prize

WATERLOO, IA. Gene Leonhart, CEO of Cardinal Construction, won the state’s most prestigious award for the construction industry, the 2014 Build Iowa Award. Leonhart’s work is evident across the Cedar Valley, perhaps most notably in the recently completed Cedar Valley SportsPlex, which Cardinal Construction built.
