Vandewalle & Associates is helping the City of Delavan, Wisconsin to advance a downtown revitalization effort aimed at bringing activity and energy back to the community’s core. The opportunities for renewal start with a TIF district at the city center which the City Council approved last year to help pay for needed improvements and drive reinvestment. Vandewalle & Associates has created a draft report for the city which identifies a number of other opportunities to bring activity, people, retail, and a unique sense of place back to the downtown.
